Mango-Mint Rum Slush
- 3 cups coarsely chopped peeled mango
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup mango nectar
- 3/4 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- Place mango in freezer for 1 hour. Combine mango, ice cubes, and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
